At the moment we are only shipping in the UK.

ALL UK deliveries (exc. Channel Islands) are FREE of charge, and are posted trackable, standard delivery.

We aim to ship orders within 3 working days, however, please note we do not despatch over the weekend or on Public Bank Holidays.

 All our deliveries require a signature, so that we can track your order and know when it’s safely arrived with you so please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received.

Unfortunately, if orders are returned to us undelivered, for a reason within your control, such as no one was in to take delivery a re-delivery charge of £3.45 will be incurred. If you decide to cancel any undelivered orders, no refund will be given.

Where can I find out how much delivery is?

All delivery in the UK are FREE. Your delivery charge will appear in your basket once you add your delivery address, and chosen your delivery option. The above details should help you get an idea before you purchase.

How long will it take for my order to be despatched?

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, but remember we don’t despatch at weekends or on Public Bank Holidays.

Will my order be trackable?

All our UK standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail via tracked services.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived. First of all, get in touch with us at seybeautenaturelle@gmail.com we’re here to help.

For various reasons Royal Mail deliveries can get delayed, but check with your neighbours and the local Royal Mail sorting office to see if your parcel is waiting for collection, sometimes they forget to leave a card.

I live outside the UK. How much will the shipping be?
